This was one of the best days so far. We actually got to see the Ponseti method take place in the lives of 5 children. Mary, Ervin, Kevin, Christina, and Zoe. Some had more severe clubfoot than others. Little Zoe, who was 7 years old had learned to walk, and her mother was so thrilled that she would be able to walk normally and wear shoes like a normal child.
We then went to the Radisson where we went to a presentation given by Dr. Morcuende. And then our work was finished and the fun began. We got on the water taxi and travelled an hour to San Pedro Island. It was so beautiful and we knew we were in paradise. We ate at an amazing little hole in the wall restaurant. It was definitely on the list of best foods ever!!!! Then we rode through the clear night with millions of stars up above, we could even see the milky way, to the Sueño del Mar resort. It was very exclusive, and absolutely breath taking.
