In my MBA program I'm enrolled in a field study course focusing on the manufacturing and distribution of braces for Ponseti. A non-evasive, non-surgical, extremely effective method for curing clubfoot. Last Saturday, I received a phone call from our field study sponsor telling me that Ponseti wanted to send a few of us to Belize as part of our project. I was one of the lucky ones. I got my passport overnighted on Monday, received it on Tuesday, and at 4am Wednesday morning was on my way to the airport to fly out to Belize.
We stayed at the Princess Hotel & Casino. This was our view of the Caribbean from our window. The other side of our hotel looked over a soccer field. Our hotel had a casino, bowling alley, and movie theater, apparently it was the ONLY movie theater in the
entire country.
We saw the most beautiful sunrises out of our window each morning.
